Special Processing Notes
- Recommended heat treatment: 1150-1250°C/2-6h → Cool at 100-200°C/h to 450-650°C → Rapid cool to 200°C
- Final hydrogen annealing: 1100-1200°C/2-4h with cooling rate
- Surface treatment recommended for high-frequency applications
- Store in dry environment to prevent surface oxidation
